Bint il Sham is venturing into a self-produced singer songwriter path, fusing Middle Eastern sounds, western instruments and electronica. Driven by translating the journey of being a Palestinian refugee between Amman and Damascus, her inspiration blends oriental rock sounds, Arabic poetry, and subtle minimal electronic sounds, with music messages often relating to personal journeys weaved with social/ sociopolitical underlines.
