Born in St. Louis, Missouri, hardcore rapper Bizz Pop Like Soda existed on the fringes of St. Louis's fertile underground rap scene for several years before starting to write and record his own rhymes around 2007. Shortly after he and his accomplice were targeted by a branch of Maryland Heights law enforcement specializing in drug-related crimes, BIZZ turned his focus full-time to music production, song writing, using his life experiences in St. Louis's seedier neighborhoods as fuel for aggressive beats and flows inspired in part by underground heroes of Southern rap like Master P and Gucci Mane. His first single release, [Loose Lips Sink Ships], appeared in may, 2020 followed by another smash single release [Like Me] in June, 2020, including 9 more single releases before August, 2020. By this time in his rap tenure, BIZZ had fallen in with the Confiskated Nation Records label and was working on his debut EP Mid West Santa scheduled for release on Christmas day 2020.
