BK Bastard is an artist hailing from East Flatbush, home of some of the most electrifying artists in history. BK is known for his incredibly unique sound, combining eerie cinematic vibes with uplifting words of self empowerment, delivered through captivating flows unlike any you’ve heard before. Growing up in a Caribbean household with some Puerto Rican roots, BK was introduced to many genres of music at an early age. Ranging from reggae and soca music to merengue, Bossa Nova, Smooth Jazz, and Hip Hop. This can be heard through out all his music as BK has brought this knowledge fully into play with not only his many cadences, but also in his production. BK also ties a lot of his love for film and television into his art as well, as he began his journey in entertainment as an actor. A simple means to getting into the industry. Over time BK quickly realized music was the route he much preferred. This and his love for anime have given way to his cinematic lyrics that paint full scenes
