Blessed Trouble is a genre-blending music project shaped by soul, R&B, funk, house, 2-step and the unforgettable sound of the 1980s. Combining expressive electric guitar, keyboards, deep grooves, synth textures and atmospheric production, Blessed Trouble creates music that moves between tenderness and intensity.
Born between the Generation X and Millennial eras, Blessed Trouble sees life from both sides—carrying the nostalgia of one generation while embracing the changing world of another. That perspective shapes music about love, struggle, identity, freedom, nostalgia and the contradictions of modern life.
Influenced by the melodies, drum machines, basslines, synthesizers and guitar energy of the 1980s, Blessed Trouble reimagines those sounds through modern production and personal experience. Some tracks feature soulful vocals; others let the instruments speak.
Music for people who carry both the blessing and the burden.
