I make music out of the things that never learned how to leave me.
I’m a veteran, and much of my art is born from trauma, memory, survival, and the strange process of learning how to exist after the smoke clears. When words aren’t enough, I turn the noise in my head into something that can be heard.
I use AI to supplement the skills I lack, bridging the space between what I feel and what I’m capable of creating alone. The wounds are real. The stories are mine. The emotions have been lived. Technology just helps me give them a body where my limitations drown me out.
Some people process trauma by talking about it.
I make mine loud enough to bleed.
My name is Brittany Boots, and the manifestation of my musical personality is called Boots.exe.
