Recording artist CRUZ NYN hails from Bushwick, Brooklyn; a place where the outside world sees as a canvas, but from the inside perspective is a place of hustle, struggle, and potential. Early on, Cruz saw himself slipping to the ways of a follower and not a leader; he knew he needed change. Fast forward to his high school years, Cruz took his love for art and music and incorporated it to his own brand. “You have to understand, NYN is me… NYN is us” Cruz says. “I’m a New York Native every and any where I go. Being from New York is a blessing and to make it from New York, is an even bigger blessing. It’s really a concrete jungle and we all have that potential to be the rose that grew.”
