Born in 1999, Adriël Cantamessi, better known as Cantavanda, has one dream: to fill this dark world with beauty and art in an attempt to bring joy and escapism to those who are suffering.
This burning desire to create art comes in many forms, One of them is classical music composition, which is what he is currently studying at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent.
Other than classical music, he also has a huge love for other forms of art, such as painting, drawing, photography, and film.
But his biggest love of all is for “light”, or non-classical music; pop, rock, jazz, metal, electronic, and everything in between.
His biggest pleasure is combining all of these things in one huge hybrid of genres, eras, and art forms.
He is currently working on his debut album as a solo singer.
