I started playing the guitar around age 14. I'm not sure of the exact start date of when I started to play the guitar because I slowly eased into it. I'm self taught and learned how to play by ear. My uncle played a little bit of guitar but it was enough to catch my attention. My first guitar I got was an Epiphone Reviera which I borrowed from my uncle along with an 80 watt Marshall Valvestate amp. I had a bad habit of going through phases so my dad was hesitant on buying expensive gear. Dad introduced me to the classic rock genre which is where it all began. Everyone from Journey to Boston and all the way to Pink Floyd. The very first song I learned to play on the guitar was Evil Ways by Carlos Santana. I ended up playing in a lot of classic rock cover bands. Fast forward to today... I play and create anything from slow rock all the way to metal and everything in between.
