My name is Justin Taylor, worship pastor at Carmel Baptist Church in Matthews, NC. Born and raised in South Africa, now living with my wife and sons in the US. My home church, Carmel is committed to making disciples of those Nearest, our Neighbors, and the Nations. We endeavor to do this by Abiding in Christ, Building Relationships, and Living the Gospel with Everything. "Carmel Worship" is our worship team. We have sought to write scripture-based lyrics with which we may "address one another with psalms, hymns, and songs of the Spirit" so that "the word of Christ may dwell richly" in us (Col 3:16), and that we may "be filled with the Holy Spirit," (Eph 5:19). Our plea to God is simply that this collection of recorded songs would be, as we prayerfully sing, "Pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ to whom be glory forever and ever, Amen."
