Chris Golder is a German photographer and musician for nearly 30 years. Based in Germany and Italy he is mainly working on Lost Place-photography and -soundtracks for selfmade urbex-artvideos/-photos.
Mostly his works are very, doomy, noisy and pre-apocalyptic, the sounds are something between noise, drone and experimental-electro skills, but also very classy.
Influenced by bands like Nurse With Wound, Coil, Dead Can Dance, Swans, Einstürzende Neubauten. The concept is, that he tries to give images and videos an personal accustic "face". Images and sounds shall be one!
He also made the soundtrack for a few movies during the last years. For the future he's specialized on soundtracks and soundscapes.
CRGLCNMNTVSC is the first release of a spontaneous session he made in Italy. A ode to the italian landscape and the spirit of forgotten mountain villages.
