Many will recognise Claire as the voice behind the performance of ‘Fly Me To The Moon’ featured on the hugely successful, multi-billion franchise anime ‘Neon Genesis Evangelion’. Claire’s version is an iconic rendering of a classic song. It has been played tens of millions of times across YouTube and Vimeo platforms. There was a long hiatus in Claire’s music career after her partner passed away following a tragic accident. This has had a deep and lasting impact which saw her withdraw from music. Since starting songwriting in September 2020 she has written enough songs to populate more than several albums, each with increasing maturity. Four songs have been released since August, the last two ‘Bye Bye Girl’ and 'Moving Too Fast' have been completed solo, where she also delivered the final mix and mastering. Her most recent songs have been compared to a mix of George Michael x Lisa Stansfield x Sade
