Continents are a metalcore band, incorporating elements of hardcore and other alternative genres of music. Hailing from South Wales, UK, Continents have taken the metal scene by storm in the last 10 years. From their explosive debut album, ‘Idle Hands’ to their hard hitting follow up ‘Reprisal’, the band has gained a reputation for massive riffs and energetic performances. Having toured with the likes of The Word Alive and The Ghost Inside, Continents have gained followers from around the world and turned heads everywhere they go. After deciding to enter a hiatus in 2019, the band decided to return in 2022 with the crushing new singles, ‘Bad Blood’ and ‘Clarity’. This is the beginning of a new era for Continents with new music and more shows on the horizon.
