DISTRICT Profile District (Duri Street Hiphop Culture) was a hip-hop community in the city of Duri Riau on this land of Malay which was formed in 2010 by frontman of several hip-hop elements in the city of Thor, which includes rappers, B-boy, Hip-hop dance, beatbox and graffiti bomber, in early 2012 some of a rapper members continued to carry on the name of DISTRICT in each of their stage names, and until now DISTRICT has transformed from a community into a Hiphop / rap group with Malay ethnicity, which consists of 4 rappers: R.P.S , Young B, Zyrex one, Boombassbeat, under the indie record label Boombassbeat music lab, as for the songs or music they play with the boombap genre, Crunk, Dirty South, trap, which is in collaboration with Malay ethnic music (Accordion, Kompang, bebono, Gambus) that characterizes every beat they play, Besides that, each of their lyrics is full of Malay rhymes, advice, gurindam and rhymes with the strains of Malay rap rhythms.
