DKOMX (meaning DK over music): This Macon, GA based Hip Hop artist is set to release his upcoming mixtape “Wait Til Sunday”. Already getting a major buzz with his new single “Keep Talkin’” which features a hot young producer and MC Royal Z, making his first song debut on all streaming platforms. DK’s musical roots can be traced back to his father’s exposing him to his hip-hop legendary friends from Atlanta such as Goodie Mob, OutKast and other members of the Dungeon Family.
However, his pursuit of music took off at age 14 when he attended the Otis Music Camp in Macon,GA, annual music, and songwriter’s camp hosted by the Otis Redding Foundation in honor of soul music legend, Otis Redding. More recently, in summer 2020, his fourth year attending the camp, DK and a cast of other campers were awarded the best "High School Winner" by Soundtrap.com Summer Engagement international Project contest for their original collaborative song called "Rest Empowered”.
