DRNRDX (Darien The Red X / Darien Cornelius II) is a music architect based in Dallas, Texas. DRNRDX at a young age was exposed to a plethora of music by his father that was of numerous genres. It was at one moment he was listening to N*Sync on his “Hit Clip” and knew he wanted to be a Music Producer/ DJ. At 20 he made his first beat in GarageBand and at 21 saved up enough buy his own Maschine Mikro MK2 by Native Instruments. His inspirations range from: The Neptunes, Sango, Kaytranada, Gravez, Anime & video games from his childhood. Sonically he sound is his own yet it can be very diverse depending on what his heart or the atmosphere is aiming towards. In 2014, DRNRDX got his first gig as a DJ and didn’t look back afterwards. He’s had the honor of having his music featured on Complexion’s Future Beats Radio, The UK’s Reprezent Radio, and Soulection’s very own Hannah Faith’s mix.
