Decla is simply a declaration. A creative project from producer/songwriter Darren Rayl, to showcase new artists and release commercial and sync music to the masses. He has composed and produced hundreds of songs for tv and sync and he's only getting started. His journey through the music industry started with drums. As a freelance drummer for nearly 16 years, Darren toured the world with some of the brightest minds and biggest names in multiple genres of music, performing in front of what would end up being millions of people, before deciding that production and songwriting is where he wanted to land.
