Bondi Beach NSW, Australia

From the dunes of a dying world (Sydney, Australia), Desert Runner emerges. Nomadic riff marauders summoning crushing sludge from the neon wastes. Down-tuned rituals under alien suns. Cyber-barbarian fury meets ethereal wails and whispers. The caravan rides eternal. Their most played track ‘Badass Van’ released in July 2024, received National Prime Time radio play on Triple J. They are looking to take things to the next level with their new release and music video ‘Ad Astra’. Their lead singer, Jen is from Ireland & travelled to the sunny shores of Australia to meet her bandmates a few years ago. Their unique sound fuses thundering bass and percussion, searing guitars, and magnetic vocals. The band seek to entertain & promise to give you a show to remember if you pop out and see them. When the band aren’t playing music together, they enjoy a kebab from some of many fine establishments based in Sydney. For updates, visit the band’s Instagram @desertrunnerband
