I am Djedi, one half of SKILLOLOGY. I am from Shreveport, Louisiana with a East Coast influenced flow. I am an emcee and dark poet where my subject matter is based on spiritual death, suicide prevention, apathy and depression, coming of age and societal realizations, relationships (Velara), Pan-African and Pro-Black Militancy, and Esoterically Coded Bars. I've been writing since 2007, but I've only been recording for the past 2 years (2020). My only goal is to put my truth out there and that young men like myself who are weird and awkward and insecure are moved to accept their truth and live it and adjust accordingly.
