Native Texan with mixed ethnic background raised in a bilingual musical family. My father was a union worker at Lone Star Brewing Company in San Antonio and mother was a dedicated homemaker who loved making crafts and writing poetry. I joined the army to "find myself" and after 4 years moved to California and earned a BA in Performing Arts from UCSC paid for by a service for education program. Worked as an entertainer in Northern California for many years and pursued personal development in spiritual and healing arts while living in my vehicle doing gig work up and down the West coast. Part of the Burning Man community for many years until moving back to Texas to care for my widowed mom after my brother was diagnosed with cancer. Currently the primary caregiver for my 102 year old handicapped mom and a mostly feral colony of cats. Finally able to settle down and share my music with the world.
