Empress Naphtali is a Roots Reggae singer, songwriter and recording artist based in Cape Town, South Africa. She is dedicated to the mission of creating musical creations that seek to uplift, empower and heal her listeners. Her music has transcendent elements with her powerful and angelic melodies that bring forward her rhythmic and enlightening lyrics. Empress Naphtali's journey in Reggae began in 2012 and since her rise in the Reggae movement she has released two albums respectively. Her debut EP album "From The Heart" was released in 2015 and her full album "Evergreen" was released in 2019. Since the onset of 2020 she has been releasing singles working with both local and international producers and engineers. She is currently working on her album that is due to be released in 2022 which will be a homage to her rise in Rastafari and her being within the Reggae community for a decade.
