Etat Limite is an atmospheric black metal project created by Thibault Wintersieg, former singer of Lying Figures and Octavion, in early 2020. He composed and recorded an album entitled "L'Affrontement de l'Intime", produced it (mixing and mastering), wrote the lyrics and, no longer having the necessary vocal skills, began looking for a singer. . He decides all the same to sing on a title of the album. He recruits Fred alias Usher in 2021, whose vocal timbre, motivation and ideas inhabit his mind, please him without hesitation. Usher therefore recorded the song on his own, he reworked the texts written by Wintersieg to be able to put them more easily to music according to his feelings, and wrote the lyrics of two titles in full. The songs "Lame Sœur" and "Etat Limite" were posted on YouTube and received a lot of positive feedback, which reinforced the desire of the two members to work hard to produce a solid album!
