Plays: Flute, Tenor and Soprano Sax, Quena, Sikus, Bansuri, Dizi, Pipjolos and other traditional Sardinian wind instruments. Born in Alghero (SS) in 1964, he has always lived and lived in Nuoro. He studied flute with Maestros Maria Paola Mulas, Stefano Mancini, Riccardo Parrucci, Konrad Klemm, Marzio Conti. He graduated in 1989 at the “L. Canepa” of Sassari. Later, he studied Saxophone and improvisation with Tino Tracanna, at the Jazz Seminars in Nuoro, following various Workshops with some of the most prestigious names on the Italian and international jazz scene (Tomaso Lama, Marcello Piras, Bruno Tommaso, Paolo Fresu, Dave Liebman , Steve Lacy, John Taylor, Ralph Towner, Antonio Ciacca, Andy Farber). He has collaborated with various musical formations, in the Classical, Jazz, Pop and Ethnic fields, including: L'Altro Suono, Raimi, Argot, Tempus Fugit, DO.DE.CA.FONI, Taifa, Orchestra of the Conservatory of Sassari, Orchestra and Corale N. Praglia.
