I am Eugenia Méndez, a musician, creator, and music educator. I explore the connection between music and the journey into my (your) inner self. I am interested in meditation as a means of connecting and identifying between my bodies and the whole. I am a performing artist with five record productions. I am co-founder, co-owner, and Academic Director of Kalos Music & Art School. I am also the founder of Creaturas d’Eugenia, an initiative to journey into our inner world through the arts and musical stories for the whole family. Sometimes I incorporate meditation to music and natural and special sound to develop the psyche and spirit from childhood. Some other times I compose from meditation translating to music. I also write as a way to communicate a message from myself and above.
