FarmerShire is the pop-punk project of 21 year old C.J. Miller. Born on August, 15, 2002, C.J. was raised in the small town of Clifton Park, NY. His mother was a retired pilot and his dad was a brewery distributor. C.J. is a hard edge person, who was trying to form a punk band in his town, when he was in the 10th grade, but unsuccessful into it. He discovered that the music scene was taken over by rappers and pop stars. His music was influenced by bands like The Starting Line, Just Surrender, Live, Something Corporate, The Juliana Hatfield Three, and more that came from the MySpace era. The name Farmer Shire came from a character from the animated series Corn & Peg. Farmer Shire is going to bring the pop-punk scene back to life
