I was smitten by music and sound at a very early age in childhood, maybe aged 3 or earlier. This was mainly from my father(and his father) and mainly from the piano, then the ukulele, then a few years later the oboe, then into teenage years with the guitar. Having always worked in music, playing and performing concerts, shows, recordings and over the years moving more towards playing bass and keyboards, I've always had melodies, sounds and textures in music in my own head. With modern audio technology, it's been much easier to 'realise' one's own compositions and melodies and sentiments can now be 'recorded' (in the old sense of the word when things were written) as it's being played. So, these recordings are a mixture of roughly mixed but captured improvisations or spontaneous ideas, and melodies and themes that I've long had in my head and have written down on paper for later hopeful publishing, so it is not 'edited' in any way.... warts n all as might be said but hopefully enjoyed
