Tjatjie German Marei (born 22 March 2000) better known by his stage name Germtee, is a South African hip hop artist and producer. Germtee was raised in Limpopo Ga-Masemola village, in 2020 he released his EP "Off Da Porsh". As a younging from the hood, he grew up listening to different music genres such as House, Reggae, Kwaito, Pedi Cultural Music, Baccadi and many other music genres that he was exposed to. He got his inspiration from artists such as Bob Marley, Lucky Dube, Professor, Heavy-K, eMTee, African Trap Movement (ATM) , 21 Savage, Wiz Khalifa, Migos and many more.
