GMANE is an underground rapper from a small town in the South who owns and operates Alabama Hustle Unlimited. Born Geoffrey Keith Robinson in Florence, Alabama, he made his name with the independent group/label Slave Kamp Music in the 90’s. He subsequently made the jump to Straight Off Da Chain/Select O Hits in early 2000 for the release of the critically acclaimed album “Collector’s Item”. Taking matters into his own hands, he returned to the underground rap scene with his newly formed Alabama Hustle Unlimited in 2003. Newly inspired, he worked to build an audience for himself via the internet and mixtapes. Hailed as “The Godfather of Shoals Area Hip Hop”, GMANE has recorded over 30 albums and has a featured single on Rockstar Games GRAND THEFT AUTO 5.
