Grandad officially known as Baton Japhet Yakubu, from being locked in the room when my parents were going out, to playing my dad's music cassette then playing with words that's how it all started. Started music initially as a Disc jokey during my undergraduate days during same period I had the feeling to start making my own sound and after university in 2023 I started learning how to make beats and still continuously trying to be good at it. A huge fan of hip-hop and Afrobeat, fusing Afrobeat and hip-hop has always been it for me. Odumodublack's dog eat dog was what really made me feel like yeah, I can do it. My first song Naija Omo is out. My voice and my style is what makes me unique.
