Having a piece of him in different states and regions from down south to the Midwest. Grip has taken the various styles of music and blended them into his own style. Having been the youngest of his mother’s children Grip seen a lot and endured much, despite mistakes made along his journey in life Grip learned from them all. Correcting his mistakes and becoming more focused, Grip decided to take music seriously after many of his peers encouraged him as they heard the truth, the pain and the ability to compose his story with such poise. He later propounded the idea of becoming an artist as he never envisioned the idea. Composing his life on a instrumental and realizing the love he had for doing music versus merely listening, Grip released his first single “Growth” Spring of 2021. From there he released his first EP titled “The Introduction” (January 2022) as Grip seen it as him planting his feet and preparing the world of what’s to come.
