lucky to have been a teenager in London in the late 60"s and in addition to growing up on the Beatles music I also discovered the underground folk scene in the Les Cousins Folk Club in SoHo. Artists like Bert Jansch and Donavan, Nick Drake, and Sandy Denny were all a big influence on me, in particular Roy Harper and Michael Chapman. Moving to Manhattan in the early 80s also had an enormous influence on how I moved in the world. Then settling in Montreal Quebec in the 90's gave me the balance that finally brought me to this time in my life. I had started to play guitar while still living at home in London and I always found some time to play but only ever to myself as a hobby to relax. Falling in love again and dealing with Covid presented an opportunity to take my music to the next step and I started some home recordings of songs that had been in my head for years. As lockdown was lifted I went into the studio and recorded a dozen songs the first of which are here now. Enjoy
