New Caledonian-born, Berlin based electronic producer and DJ, Tommy, a.k.a. Happy Heart got swept up by the electronic steam train back during it’s early beginnings. From dancing in front of his parents at 5 years old to buying his first pionner CDJ 400 for his afternoon wednesday party bedroom, it is fair to say not many discover their passions quite as early as Happy Heart. It wasn’t long into his teenage years before he’d develop an insatiable thirst for digging music. With an open mind and fierce curiosity for anything and everything electronic music-based, he spend his time soaking up a multitude of genres and styles ranging from mental techno, liquid drum & bass, dubstep or even electronica. Today, Happy Heart focuses on his production pushing an addiction for melody and IDM-ish productions. These days, he can be regularly found locked away in his studio, jamming together ideas and carving out djsets for his playlists on Soundcloud.
