I am a common man. I believe none of us are ordinary. We all have that special something inside of us. Allama Iqbal, known as the poet of the east, said: Dhoondta Phirta hoon ay Iqbal apne apko, app hee goya musafir aap hi manzil hoon main (I keep looking, Oh Iqbal, for myself. As if I’m the traveler as well as the destination.) The emancipating adventure, I believe; is the search within oneself. Through this journey, we find our hopes and dreams, strengths and weakness, and so much more. My music is about me taking that journey. It's as an individual. It's as a member of society.
