Founded in 2017, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Insignis is a band with intentions of making great music for anyone willing to listen. With incorporations of heavy fast paced riffs, and a soothing side of ascending melodies, the group hopes to bring you a good contrast of both metalcore and deathcore. The band consisting of Chazz Melo (vocalist), Kieran MacPherson (rhythm guitar), Jason Ferrer (lead guitar), Miyaki Manaloto (drums), released their debut single "Dead Man's Closure" on March 4th of 2022, which took them 12 months to write and record. Now immediatley after the release, producing high quality new music in a short amount of time is exactly what the band plans to do.
