Ibrahima Yansane aka JÅEL “He who ascends “ is an African American Artist from the Washington DC ward 2. The 28 year old Artist has roots in Guinea West africa, JÅEL introduction with music started with the drums he and two of his brothers would soon after gravitate to other instruments. JÅEL picking up the guitar, playing in Chruch choir and later on developing his vocal ability. Musical influences are hip-hop, Classical, jazz fusion, gospel, & R&B to name a few. JÅEL sound is heavily inspired by Artist such as J-Cole, K-Dot, Trap veteran Future, Yung Thug & Gunna, juice Wrld, nipsey, 6 God Drake. “I am really into melody and cadence in music, and instrumentation that support and elevates the overall sound, this is what I strive for in my music.”
