Troy grew up around his older brother Kevin ,singing in many different rnb groups, So it was no surprise he took up singing himself.
In 2020 the brothers decided to do a project together and named the duo JewlezRiley. Riley being the maiden name of their late Grandmother on their Fathers side. Their music is Rnb. Hip Hop, Pop driven. Enjoy
