JINJUN is a singer, songwriter, composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist from Munich, Germany. He realized that he wanted to make music after a road trip to Portugal at the age of four, which was non stop accompanied by Bob Marley's "Babylon By Bus" live album, Steely Dan and Whitesnake. It all started quite classically with a guitar, a little later vocals were added, but this was not enough. At 16 the demand for harder sounds and metal made his heart beat faster, so the experience as a drummer in a sludge metal band was the perfect complement. Time became more and more scarce with age but the hunger to expand his own musical horizon grew steadily, which is why he left after a few gigs with a heavy heart to develop himself further. JINJUN changed his genre as often as his underpants and after some self-discovery phases and many freshly washed underwear, he started to write and produce music himself to combine his love for Metal, Soul, RnB, Jazz, and Funk into one package.
