Josephine started her journey at a very young age, music and dance weaved it's way through every aspect of her childhood.
She has been on a mission ever since, to better understand the patterns of the mind, to work with compassion find ways to elevate depression and general feelings of loss and disconnection.
A back ground in yoga, meditation and now sound, brings forward this alchemy of wonder. Through crystal singing bowls, chimes and her voice, she hopes to transport tired would back to a place of deep rest, wonder and joy.
