I wrote my first song when I was just 10 years old. At the time I lived in Gallatin Tennessee, where my father was a dj for WHIN AM. We lived a mile from Twitty City and my father became good friends with Harold Jenkins, Conway's brother. We spent a lot of time at Twitty City on weekends or we were at The Grand Ole Opry. My parents were back stage, while my sister and I sat in the audience. My Parents worked for Randy Wood, whom owned Randy's record shop, Ron Bledsoe and Don Pierce. At the time, they were just normal, very friendly people to me. I did not realize they were 3 of the biggest music producers at the time. So, I grew up around Nashville Tennessee, when all of the Country music legends were in their prime. Life happened along the way and I ended up back in my small hometown of Georgia. I wrote song lyrics as they popped into my head, over the years and put them away. after beating Cancer in 2016 and having a bad work accident, I am disabled, so I have time to share my music.
