Music has always been an influential part of my life from the time I can remember to now I’ve always had a tune (the tune was sometimes a little off but none the less I still had a tune) My mother was the first real person that I knew personally who could sing and my earliest memories are of my mother’s voice. I ran from singing for a very long time I did not think I was good enough, I hit some really low points I struggled with loving myself I often thought that the world would be a better place with me not being in it I struggled with my sexuality and finding my identity I often times found myself trying to be like other people rather than finding out who Justin Aaron Black was. I gave my life to Christ, and I learned how to love me. I found the loves of my life First Jesus Christ then my wife Kori Black and then Music my desire is to create music that will not just feel good but that can encourage others who have been in that same dark place I was in.
