Brooklyn, NY

Born and raised in the vibrant streets of Brooklyn, Jae Finesse is a dynamic artist whose musical journey is as rich and varied as the neighborhoods that shaped him. Growing up primarily in the eclectic Bushwick and Williamsburg areas, Jae was surrounded by the pulsating rhythms of urban life and artistic expression. From an early age, the sounds of hip-hop reverberated through his household, as his father and his friends would gather to rap, igniting Jae's passion for music. With a natural inclination for creativity, Jae dabbled in various instruments during his childhood, honing his skills and deepening his love for melody and rhythm. By the age of seven, he was already penning his own songs, showcasing a talent that would only flourish with time. However, it wasn't until he turned 19 that he truly began to carve out his place in the music scene. Amid the challenges of the pandemic, Jae teamed up with his collective, GGM, to start recording music that resonated with their struggles.
