I got into music when I was about 9 years old. I got a small keyboard for christmass. At that time, I really enjoyed playing Guitar Hero, and so I created my own notation based on it and made up my own songs, without any knowledge of theory. From the very start, I associated doing music with composing and with experimantation. Later, I started visiting music school and took up electric guitar, since I have always been into rock and metal. I also learned there how to work in a music production software.
As I grew older, I became more of a nerd into music theory. In my album Off to the New World, which marks both my transition to high school, as well as a transition to a more progressive sound, I use techniques like odd-time signatures, polyrythms, pitch axis theory, or atonal harmony. I also complemented the rock/metal sound with modern synths and electronic production.
