JayForeign is 16 year old artist drill artist. He was born Oluwabunmi Clement Obasa, From Lagos Nigeria. With music influences as broad as Michael Jackson, Pop Smoke, MaxThaDemon, Fivio foreign, Travis Scott, Drake, The Notorious B.I.G And many more. Listening to his music you can hear the inspiration from pop smoke heavily which was always his favorite artist. Also the grime and deepness of his voice from the likes of MaxThaDemon and Pop Smoke. He had began Rapping as early as 2016 but wasn't consistent till 2018 but then began to quit making music but picked up the mic again during COVID19 Pandemic/Quarantine and has been consistent ever since. JayForeign bring a sound comparable to a pop smoke, MaxThaDemon but states that "At the time they were all I had listened to for months and months on end without them I wouldn't be rapping right now" he had his own unique voice and flare to his rhyme schemes hoping to bring a fresh new sound to the NYC drill scene.
