Parris “Jet Phynx” Duncan is an American film director, visual creative, and recording artist known professionally as Jet Phynx (fee-nix). For nearly two decades, Jet has built a reputation through music, filmmaking, creative direction, and cinematic storytelling. Originally emerging as a music artist in 2010, he later transitioned behind the lens after developing a passion for filmmaking and visual worldbuilding. That evolution led to the creation of “The Shooter” Jet’s alter ego as a cinematographer, director, and visual architect. Known for blending dystopian storytelling, internet culture, music, fashion, and raw emotion, his work creates immersive cinematic experiences that blur the line between film and reality. From New York and Los Angeles to international creative spaces, Jet has collaborated with artists, athletes, brands, & cultural movements while continuing to build original universes through projects like Camera Time and Dirty Popcorn where every song feels like a movie
