Raised on outlaw country, growing up listening to Waylon, Charlie Daniels, David Allen Coe, Willie, Cash, and more. His family would hit the road during summer vacations with Willie pouring out of the 6x9s.
As Joey got older he began exploring other musical genres and spent some time playing punk and rockabilly. For Joe, those songs never really told a story. Joey had to come full circle, back to his roots to find the honest stories of the country outlaws.
