Harold H.B. Bell President/CEO Radionext.tv, LLP Founder/CEO Community RULE Nonprofit Harold “H.B.” Bell utilizes his multi-faceted marketing and promotion skills to generate resources and visibility for non-profit organizations, small businesses, and faith-based groups. In 2019 H.B. joined Urban Technology Academy as Director of Development to implement Information Technology programs to disenfranchised communities. Harold is CEO/Co-founder of the non-profit literacy organization; Community R.U.L.E and President/CEO of Radionext.tv. Mr. Bell previously owned and operated Aristocrat Limousine (1989-1998) and 5 Star Limo (1998-2002) before concentrating on raising resources for grass root organizations. In 2007 the Community (RULE) Reading, Understanding, Learning, and Education nonprofit was created to manifest the “All Community All the Time” motto that H.B. lives for. Mr. Bell is active and serves on several boards, facilitates community programming and initiatives
