The Amsterdam based- JUNE SIXTEEN music project started in times of lock down when love birds Angelique Piovillico (actress) & Patrick de Kok (guitar/bassplayer-barber) decided to write a bunch of songs together. Stories about their own lives and events that affected them. Inspired by their love for Indiefolk and Rootsrock, the songs got shaped. Each JUNE SIXTEEN song will be an independent project with different musicians. Talented, close friends are involved in this new musical adventure.
The first tune will be launched autumn 2020. Every song will be released accompanied by a video.
June Sixteen was the original date of the planned Las Vegas wedding of Angie & Pat. Unfortunately they had to postpone due to Covid19, but luckily they were able to put more energy in their music. They are very excited to share their music with you! Stay tuned…
