The son of a DJ, music was always in my home and a part of my life. I grew up listening to everything from Sam Cooke, Donnie Hathaway, Prince and MJ, to Queen, Nirvana, System of a Down, J Dilla and Boyz II Men. My musical sensibilities are varied, but I've always had a deep love for melody, harmony and meaningful lyrics. I would class myself as a writer first and foremost, but I learned to sing, produce and play in my teenage years. My music is inspired by the people around me, with themes around love, connection and elevation. I hope something I create moves you.
