Lyricist Kamera Tyme, also known as K.T., is a woman in her own lane. As Hip Hop and Rap constantly evolve, this artist strives to open doors for members of the LGBT community who are musically inclined. Formally known as Camille Wynter Copeland from Newport News, Virginia, the MC wrote her first rap at the age of 8. After studying photography and videography in college, the “757” rapper fully devoted her creative wisdom into writing music from a perspective that had never been heard of - “A Woman Of The Trans Experience.” ∙ Inspired by previous “rocky relationships” K.T. Dropped her first single, Two Face, in 2020. ∙ Also in 2020, the artist gained notoriety locally from her rendition of Whole Lotta Choppas, proving that she is a force to be reckoned with. ∙ Ending 2021 off with a bang, Kamera Tyme self-released her debut album, Two Face, giving listeners insight to the rappers stylistic vision.
