Kanaka Fyah is a Reggae band that emerged from the Big Island of Hawaii. They are heavily influenced by Roots Reggae, Island Reggae, Dancehall, Ska, Hip-hop, and Rock. The band formed on July 29, 2022. After earning their spot on the 808Day at Brew Block in Kailua Kona they did not stop there. It only solidified their undying love for music and kept them humble but striving more for success. They went on to playing a handful of concerts and gigs around the island with heavy hitters on the line ups. Their heavy roots reggae instrumentals and smooth vocals make them a band worth listening to. They continue to solidify their music and are a unified example of a true come up from humble beginnings.
