My life with music began in Marianna, Arkansas has far back as I can remember. I had plenty of family members who performed in the high school marching band, which was huge at that time. We would go to the Friday night games and sit next to the band hoping they would play whatever song was cool at that time, or something that everyone knew wasn't band music. I fell in love with the percussion section, but I also loved the Saxaphone because that's what my father, Rev. King played. My family moved to Oregon when I was 13 and I joined the school band in the 7th grade. I started on the Saxaphone but know in the percussion section could read music and since I was good at it my band teacher asked if I could help them one day, which I didn't mind because I loved the drums. High school happened no music! The first music software I used was Hip Hop EJAY. My friend picked it up and asked for help and I fell in love with making music again. Life happened 6 kids 1 ex-wife and then Studio One 4!
